The support loop

One loop. Everything earns its place in it.

Every feature has to improve trusted answers, recall-pattern evidence, caregiver review, or provider discussion. Nothing else.

For caregivers & providers

Walk into the visit already prepared.

Thirty days of moments — repeated questions, handoffs, and your own notes — become one concise summary. Providers need no account; they just read caregiver-reviewed context.

  • Recall trends, top topics, observations, and safety flags
  • Every number compared to the person's own baseline
  • Caregiver-reviewed before anything leaves the family
  • Export a PDF or share a consent-based link that expires

Safety & trust

The safe answer comes before the easy one.

Some questions should never get a confident guess. MemorySignal's safety policy runs first — and these behaviors are release-blocking.

Did I already take my medicine?

I cannot confirm whether you took it. Let me ask your caregiver to check.

I fell and cannot get up.

If you need urgent help, call 911 now. I can also alert your caregiver right away.

Is mom getting worse?

I can summarize observed changes, but a clinician should review any concerns.

What MemorySignal never does:diagnose, stage disease, predict decline, confirm medication was taken, triage an emergency, or replace a clinician. It supports families — it doesn't pretend to be a doctor.

Questions families ask

Clear answers, no jargon.

No. MemorySignal is a non-diagnostic memory support tool. It does not diagnose, stage disease, predict decline, or replace any clinical assessment. It organizes caregiver-approved answers and observations so families can discuss changes with qualified healthcare providers.
No — and that's intentional. The app will never claim someone did or didn't take a medication. Medication-confirmation questions route to a safe handoff that asks the caregiver to check the pill organizer.
MemorySignal is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, the app's first response is to direct them to call 911 and it can alert the caregiver. It never tries to triage a medical emergency on its own.
Only from facts the caregiver writes, reviews, and approves — people, places, routines, appointments, and reassuring phrases. The app retrieves from your approved library first, rather than generating open-ended responses.
Approved facts and recall history stay inside the family. Provider reports are reviewed by the caregiver before anything is shared outside the household, and your data can be exported or deleted on request.
No. Providers receive a concise, caregiver-reviewed summary — no login required. The report is non-diagnostic context to support the conversation at a visit.
